I'm an art therapist based in Limerick, and I have a genuine belief in the power of creativity to heal. I trained at Crawford College of Art and Design, where I completed my Masters in Art Therapy, and I've spent years working across a range of settings, from mental health services and HSE-funded programmes to disability services and primary schools. That breadth of experience shapes the way I work. I've worked with a range of people facing a range of challenges, and I bring that understanding into every session.
My approach is person-centred, which in practice means I follow your lead. Sessions are built around compassion and your own strengths, not a fixed agenda. I work with children as young as five and adults of all ages, offering both individual and group art therapy from my Limerick studio. I also offer art facilitation in schools, creating space for young people to engage with creativity in a supported, meaningful way.
When I'm not working as a therapist, I'm an artist myself. That connection to the creative process isn't incidental. It means I understand, from the inside, what it feels like to sit with a blank page and not know where to begin. And I know what can happen when you do.
